In
Intermediate 2 Hospitality you will complete units of the following
subjects:
Microwave Cookery
Food Preparation for Healthy Eating,
Convenience Foods
Foods of the World.
The majority of your time will be taking part in practical activities,
during each activity you will keep a working log and checklists to ensure
all skills and processes are covered.
A necessary part of the coursework is a work plan and you will also
complete a Foods of the World project.
Internal assessment will be ongoing throughout the course.
There is a short written exam paper and a practical assessment.
