| Q | I can't find someone who I know has registered. |
| A | While most pupils now stay onto sixth year, a
large number of pupils in previous years left at the end of 4th or 5th
years. Try 1 or 2 years earlier. Sometimes someone
submits a date with a small error, try the adjacent years.

| Q | My entry wasn't added instantly! Should I submit it again? |
| A | No! These entries are submitted
through an e-mail form and are added manually by a member of staff.
This may take some time. Remember, although you can submit entries
during holiday periods these will not be entered until the school
re-opens.

| Q | Why do you use a manual system? Isn't that a bit slow? |
| A | This is the simplest system to screen out junk
submissions.

| Q | I don't have an email or web address - can I still submit my details? |
| A | We would prefer if you didn't. The point
of this directory is to enable contact between former pupils - and they
can't contact you if you haven't left a way for them to do it.

| Q | Who can view this directory? |
| A | Anyone on the internet can access this directory and as a consequence you may receive mail from people outwith Eyemouth High School. |
