| The school has two Student Councils. The Junior Council is for
First to Third years and the Senior Council for Fourth to Sixth
years. There is a special notice board outside the gym for Student
Council information. Each Council meets at least twice a term to
discuss issues raised by students.
Each House has one representative from each year group on the Council. The representatives are nominated and voted for using ballot papers. A depute is also elected and will attend Council meetings if the representative cannot attend. Representatives report back to their classes on the issues raised at meetings during Social Education. The representative and depute are in office for a year. |
